Self-Serve Wash Guidelines
To ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant experience for all customers, please follow these rules:
🐾 No dyes or coloring agents of any kind may be used.🐾 No use of clippers, trimmers, or grooming shears are permitted.
🐾 No skunk-sprayed pets.
🐾 No pets with flea or tick infestations. (We're happy to help schedule an appointment with our Doctor)
🐾 Each wash is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per dog or cat.
🐾 You must dry your pet inside of the tub.
🐾 Pets that are excessively dirty may be refused at staff discretion.
